1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Drum Corps Trivia ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content
The User Content does not violate any third-party rights
The User Content is not defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
The User Content does not contain malicious code or viruses

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or entity
To engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to submit content
